O Thou immortal holy Light,
Blest Trinity in unity,
Forever infinite in might,
We sinful creatures worship Thee.
2. Paternal Majesty enthroned,
We Thee confess with Christ Thy Son;
Thee, Holy Ghost, eternal Bond,
Through love uniting Both in One.
3. As from the Father infinite
His Son and Word eternal came,
So too from both the Paraclete
Proceeds, in Deity the same.
4. O Father, Son and Holy Ghost,
Almighty God of heav'n and earth,
All mortals and the heav'nly host
Proclaim Thy everlasting worth.
